FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100!


We offer $5 standard flat rate 3-5 day shipping through USPS on all orders under $50.

USPS Express 2-3 day shipping is also available for $10.

Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the USPS tracking number for your order once it ships. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following business day.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES


If the address you provided is incorrect or your package is unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. If your package is returned to us, we will email you upon receipt and a $5 reshipment charge with be required, along with providing an updated address before the items will be reshipped. 

Customers can opt to have orders returned to us refunded, however the original shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund. 

If you do notice your shipping address is incorrect, contact us at info@goodtimesboutique as soon as possible with your name, order number and updated address. If possible, we will update your shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed for shipping we are unable to make any changes at that time.


LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES


If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@goodtimesboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. If your package cannot be located, we will reship your order. If the items in your order are no longer available, we will issue a refund for your order. 

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages.

USPS delivery times are not guaranteed and may take longer than expected. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges for delayed packages.

Please contact USPS directly if your items are not delivered on time.
