What is your return policy?

If you don't love your items, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. Please note only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products are illegible for returns. Please see our RETURNS + EXCHANGES for all info.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on any order over $50! We are only able to ship orders within the U.S. at this time. Please see our SHIPPING page for any other info.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

If an item you want is sold out, sign up for our restock notifications. You will then receive an email as soon as that item is back in stock. 

How do I know if my order was placed?

You should receive a confirmation email with an order number shortly after checkout. 

How do I apply a promo code at checkout?

Once you are on the checkout page, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says  'discount code".  

What if I receive a damaged item?

If an item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
